Topsy's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Topsy's Story...
This is Topsy. He is a sweet little guy, who would rather cuddle than anything else. He plays well with the other foster kittens and likes the older resident cat. He is even sweet with the resident dogs. There isn't anyone he doesn't like. He is a lap cat who would do well with either kids or an older couple looking for a calm companion. He is all black with pretty yellow eyes. This sweet guy really wants to find his forever home since he's been in foster care since the summer. He was so tiny when he was found, he had to wait to get fixed until he was big enough. Now he's a 6 month old boy who's been passed over at events for brighter more active kittens. Please give him a chance, you won't regret it! If you are interested in meeting or adopting Topsy, please contact his foster, Megan, at 419-349-1448. - See more at: http://www.plannedpethood.org/cats/available.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Topsy, a Toledo Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
