Chad is an almost 2 y/o lab/ staff/ shar pei mix . Found at 6 m/o very feral. He has been working on rehabilitation and socialization and is ready to find his forever home. He is still very shy so will need a family with patient, love, and a willingness to keep working with him. Great with other dogs, and cats. House and crate trained. Not recommended for families with small children, they move too fast for him.
I was scheduled to be euthanized, but San Antonio Pets Alive! saved me and now they are helping me find the forever, loving home that I have never known.
I am currently located at San Antonio Pets Alive!, and I am in need of a foster home or forever adoptive home. By fostering or adopting me, you not only give me a new leash on life; you also save the life of the additional cat who can be rescued from euthanasia and placed in my safe kennel.
If you are interested in fostering or adopting, please come visit me at 9107 Marbach Road Suite 109 (Culebra Meat Market Shopping Center) in San Antonio, Texas. or email firstname.lastname@example.org

Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
