Chloe's Story...
Chloe #2259 is an adorable 2-year-old female, Jack Russell/Lab mix. She is very sweet and she loves back rubs. She is kennel trained and working on leash training. Chloe is good with other dogs and loves to play. She is full grown; she weighs just over 30 pounds. We believe you can always teach an old dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website: http://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoptus.html and return it per instructions. Email dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with questions. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for adoption event locations and updates: www.facebook.com/lcarmd

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Waldorf Jack Russell Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Waldorf, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Waldorf.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waldorf already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waldorf breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waldorf paves the way for another one to be saved.
