Parker is a beautiful dark red, handsome boy. About 2 years old, he was surrendered to animal control as part of a hoarding case. He's very smart- he has come so far in just a few months, and is learning to be part of a family. Parker would be happiest as an only dog. He loves to be outside in the sunshine and likes to help foster mom with yard work.
