Facts about ANGELINA

  • Breed: Satin Mix
  • Color: White
  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Standard
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Angelina is a beautiful larger rabbit, we believe she is a Broken Copper Satin. She is approximately 5 years old. Angelina doesn't mind being held or groomed. She will accept some other bunnies, so if you are looking to add her to your bunny family, a meeting between the two would be beneficial. She is working on slow introductions to the other rabbits in her foster home and will now lay next to other rabbits with a pen in between without issue. She seems to like having the option to move away when she feels like having some alone time.

Due to Angelina's size she would generally do better with older children. She was surrendered to us because, as she grew, the children in her home could no longer carry her due to her weight. Also, as she is a larger rabbit, she has a very strong kick.

Angelina will use her litter box that is provided to her in her pen, however she has had a few accidents while free roaming the house.

Angelina is considered a "senior" rabbit. Her adoption fee is $40.

Rabbits live approx. 6-13 years. Their weight is breed specific and usually ranges from 2 – 10 lbs. Rabbits are social and some can live in same gender pairs. A rabbit needs a solid floor home (preferably with multiple levels), food dish, water bottle, hay manger and hiding house. Rabbits require out of the cage exercise and socialization. Rabbits’ teeth never stop growing so treat sticks and chew toys are a necessity. Many rabbits are litter trained.

All rabbits are spayed/neutered and microchipped before adoption.

Adoption fee: $40
