My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harrison was a fixture on Harrison Place in Bushwick, passersby often saw him and his sister hanging outside a garage near the L train, playing or looking for food. His sister was adopted by a neighbor, leaving him all alone. So we picked him up, had him neutered, vaccinated and tested and he went to a foster home. It was a big change for the tuxedo street cat but he has learned the benefits of constant food and the allure of catnip toys. He won't go back to the street, but he needs a real home to live out his days. His time with his foster is up so we need to find a new home fast.

Harrison is neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for FIV/Leukemia, he's shy with strangers but very sweet when he warms up. He lives alone now, but he would make a great companion for another cat (or even a dog).

We're hoping to find a permanent home for him, but a new foster would be great for the time being. If you're not sure if you're ready for a lifetime commitment, fostering is a great way to help! Contact us for more info.
