Meet Frankie

He's an American Bulldog that was surrendered by his previous owners because he and their senior dog where not getting along. Frankie is a lover! He's great on a leash and amazing with groups of people, and he's working with a trainer to become more comfortable around male dogs, he's a hit with the ladies!

He's completely house broken and great in the home and although he's previous humans gave up on him, he absolutely adores every new person that walks into his life.

A pro with commands. He'll sit, stay and alpha roll, he walks effortlessly on a leash right beside you and never pulling in front. He's been well trained. He barks rarely and only when needed. He's good with kids and most dogs, although he is an alpha male and will do best either in a home by himself or with a submissive male or female. The latter is probably the best as he does love to play..... and he loves to hang out with you. He's extremely loyal and makes a fine companion.

About Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from various Los Angeles shelters the day they are to be euthanized. Our goal is to help provide animals with a second chance to a happy life and to help reduce pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs. Once rescued, we place our dogs into loving foster homes while they await adoption. We do not keep dogs in kennels. Placing the dogs in foster homes is the first step to rehabilitation, as it allows us to thoroughly evaluate a dog's demeanor and needs enabling us to make the perfect match of dog and permanent owner. We attribute our high rate of successful placement to our foster program. At Ace of Hearts, we do not discriminate against any breed, including those in the bully breed family. Additionally, Ace of Hearts is dedicated to educating the public on how to be responsible pet owners and on the importance of spaying and neutering. We believe the real solution to pet overpopulation is through spaying and neutering pets.
