Hi, my name is Grommet.

I know the name sounds funny for a schnauzer but the character I am named after loves cheese. Well, guess what, so do I.

Let me tell you about myself, I am a mini black Schnauzer. I just turned 4 years old and I weigh 11pds. A small fella. My sister and I lost our home. My mom cried when she gave us to SRC.

She wanted to keep us but circumstances beyond her control would not allow her to do so.
She loved us very much and wants the best for us. So now I am in a foster home with other Schnauzers.

I know that there is a home for me, one where I will get lots of attention and balls to play with. I require a fenced in yard because I love to be outside. I would do well in a home with older children since I am so small.
