Jack's Story...
How can anyone resist Jacks toothy grin? This handsome boy is a 2 year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix that is in need of a new forever family! He was originally found as a stray, and brought to the shelter in hopes that his owners would come and find him. No owners have been able to be located unfortunately, and Jack is now ready to be adopted! Jack is a happy, and spirited little guy who would love to have an active family to play fetch with, or go on walks around the block. He loves kids of all ages and would adore a new friend to play in the park. Jack is good with dogs, but can be dominate so we recommend a meet and greet with the other dogs in the family. Jack has been neutered, is current on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet him at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook today! We are open daily from 12-6pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Benbrook Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
