Tess's Story...
Tess is a 14 month old female who loves her 14 month old brother, Toby. Tess starts out a bit shy but has learned that good things come from humans. When not sleeping and cuddling with her brother, she is sleeping and cuddling with her family. She loves to run and play, watch kitty TV on the window ledge and hang out on her cat tree. She and her brother Toby are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. Tess has been spayed, micro chipped, vaccinated and is ready to find her forever family. If that is you, please contact us with any questions you may have. We work full time and will get back to you as promptly as we can.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tess, a Lincolnwood Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lincolnwood, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lincolnwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
