Meet beautiful Sara. She's just one year and 3 months and already spayed. so we feel she has lived most of her life indoors with a family. we hope you will help her get that TLC she wants and certainly has earned.. Lincoln County Animal Services is located at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive (off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. we are open 11 to 4:30 M-Sat. The adoption fee of $85 includes my spay , rabies, microchip and up date on vaccines. .
