I'm trying to rescue him from life in a cage, at the apartment in the Newport projects, where a guy I've worked with for years rescues cats people dump off. Six cats right now in that tiny place and Little is caged most of the time. He needs either a single-cat home or a knowledgeable foster who can help us determine things like whether he will get along with other cats or requires a single cat home. He is fully vetted, chip and all. Will you help?
