My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Mia Moretti and I'm about 4 years old. I’m a female blue, fawn, and white. I am a 9.5-pound bundle of love and kisses. Cuddle is my name, Velcro is my game!

My foster mom has three iggies of her own. I haven't figured them out yet—and there’s a feisty one that bit my ear when I wasn't looking. I gave him a sneer. I do enjoy snuggling with them under the blanket on my foster mom's lap and sometimes we do a 4-way ear cleaning ritual, but most of the time we nap. When we go outside, my foster mom doesn't think I like to play, but I have been trying to entice the others to play with me in the yard when she's not looking.

I sleep in my open crate inside a playpen where I have my own pee pad and water, and have on many occasions waited for foster mom to take me outside rather than soiling the pad. She gets so excited when I make a deposit in the grass, that I'll do a happy dance, just for her! I learned my name in no time at all, I come immediately when she calls me and I pee on demand. There is not a peep out of me when I sleep in the crate at night. Sometimes during the day when mom is busy with housework or just not sitting down, I like to be in my play pen. It's cozy in there and the afternoon naps are good. I know how to open the door to let myself in.

I am fully vetted and spayed. I am missing a tooth and get my lip caught sometimes and I think it looks cute. My foster mom says that I am the best dog in the house for manicures. I don't know what she's talking about: I don't remember any manicures! Last night she put me in the tub and got me all wet and soapy—it sure felt good... especially when she started scrubbing and, oh, the blow dry was heavenly

.So, as you can see, I am realistically a well-trained, well-behaved, social, love-monkey! Which one of you adopters deserve ME?
