My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a 1-year-old neutered male purebred Miniature Poodle. I weigh about 11 pounds. I am a playful, outgoing little guy! I love to run around, I love toys, and I love hanging out with my friends, humans and canines alike! I'm having so much fun with my pals here at CageFree, but I wasn't always this lucky. Here's my story...A few weeks ago, I was wandering around the streets and I was picked up and brought to a high kill city shelter. About a week later, a rescue organization took me in, but when they saw that I had pink eye, they returned me. Can you believe that?! As you probably know, pink eye is easily treatable with eye drops. They should have just treated it and kept me around, but it's their loss! So the veterinarian at the pound put me on topical medication, and my eye started to clear up. Once my eye started to look better, a volunteer at the pound began to notice me. She contacted CageFree and told them they just had to meet me! As luck would have it, the friendly people here agreed to take me in! So now here I am, playing with my new doggie friends, while my human friends are busy finding me a new home. I can't wait to have a furever family to call my own! I have lots of energy, so I would love it if my family were active and on the go. Are you that family?
