Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marcus is always happy to give kisses and loves attention from people. He is eager to please and is an extremely loving, loyal boy who bonds quickly to his humans. He is happy, energetic, and loves to run around in his foster home's fenced-in back yard. Marcus has a high prey drive so needs supervision in a fenced-in back yard as a consequence, but he is quick to do “his business” and come right back inside if necessary. He does pretty well on leash, pulling at times, but is easily corrected. He shows no interest in balls or other toys. He gets along with calm, submissive dogs but, needs to work on his interaction with other dogs. He would do very well in a home as an only dog but, should continue to work on his socialization with other dogs. Marcus has a lot of energy and a strong prey drive so needs to be in a home without cats or other small animals. Due to his high energy, he should be in a home with older children. He is strong and has a tendency to jump on people so will need a confident human leader who will provide him with consistent training and exercise. Marcus is crate trained and housebroken.

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
