Say hello to Jake, a very friendly and active young fellow that is looking for his forever home. Jake does great on leash and loves to explore new places. He will be a fun hiking buddy and is just a fun little guy in general. He behaves well inside and is eager to please. He is crate-trained and housebroken. Jake plays fabulously with other dogs and ignores our cats. He should do wonderfully with children. He is a very sweet and affectionate little guy. Jake loves to play with stuffed toys and will entertain you with his happy-go-lucky attitude. Jake is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. He is 1 and a half years old and weighs 21 lbs. He would love to find his forever family! If you would like to meet Jake and see if he is the one to make your home complete, we ask that you first fill out our online adoption application form at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the form call Tony at 336.251.8877 to confirm receipt, ask questions, discuss your application and set up a time to visit. We have an adoption center in downtown Mocksville and are there by appointment only. Our hours are flexible but we can typically meet any day of the week at 7 or 8 pm. On weekends and holidays we can also meet between noon and 4 pm. We will work with you to arrange a convenient time when you can get your whole family (dogs included) together to visit.
