found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Say hello to Winslow! He was turned in as a stray to a shelter, and that's when ESRA found him. Winslow has settled into his foster home and has proven himself to be a gentle, mellow companion. He loves to be petted, and he walks nicely on a leash. He is social with both dogs and cats, and he lives with both canine and feline foster siblings.
A recent holiday car trip with his foster mom went well as Winslow rode perfectly on a two-hour adventure. He met children ranging in age from three through sixteen with no issues. He even successfully represented ESRA at a three-hour meet-and-greet at a public store. Winslow handled the attention like a champ, but he was ready to snuggle on the couch with his foster mom at the end of that busy day!
Winslow is nearing the end of his "Housetraining 101" course and he is doing great, considering all the recent changes in his life. Winslow is ready to find his Forever Home and shower his new family with the love and attention he loves to give and receive.
Please note that an approved adoption application is the first step in a more thorough interview process that is designed to match each dog to exactly the right family, and that the final decision rests with the dog's case manager.
Please read the Adoption FAQ and get an Adoption Application approved before inquiring about Winslow.
