Hondo's Story...
Hi, I'm Hondo! I'm a fun spunky little terrier cattle dog mix around 10-12 months. My owner moved to FL and left me behind having no where to go. I'm around 20 lbs and won't get much bigger. I have lots of puppy energy and love to play and love affection. I will be an awesome dog with the right owner who will train me and give me jobs because I'm super smart and love to please. I love people and other dogs. I like to try to be the top dog with other dogs, but also love playing with them. So, I'd probably do best with a submissive dog or as an only dog. I LOVE to be the center of attention and people are my number one! I'm house trained and have been fully vetted. My adoption fee is $200 to help cover my vet bill. Please email rescueofhope@gmail.com today for an application! Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hondo, a Grand Rapids Cattle Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Grand Rapids, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Grand Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
