Major is a one-year-old, 24-pound, tiny Shepherd-mix looking for a loving guardian.

This little guy was the product of divorce. A couple was getting divorced and no one could take the dog.

It’s obvious they didn’t treat him well, train him or care for him because he is nervous and defensive when he meets new people.

Major gets along with other small dogs like himself, but is afraid of large dogs and children.

Major is looking for a patient dog-lover willing to devote the time, energy and training to bring Major around to loving and trusting people again.

He is very healthy, neutered, de-wormed, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and up-to-date on vaccines. His adoption fee of $250 benefits the rescued pets of Famous Fido’s.
