Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Diesel is a sweet, young dog who was rescued from the Berkeley municipal shelter. He is an affectionate boy who loves all people and gets along well with other dogs. Diesel currently lives in a foster home with several other dogs. He also recently shared his home with a litter of foster puppies and became somewhat of a surrogate father to them. Although Diesel can be a physical player with larger dogs, he was very gentle and tolerant when playing with the pups.
Diesel's foster mom is a dog walker with a training background so he gets to socialize with lots of other dogs (large and small, young and old) and is receiving plenty of training with her. Diesel loves to go exploring on long hikes and also enjoys his neighborhood walks. Diesel is crate-trained, house-trained, and learning basic obedience commands. He is mostly calm in the house, unless it's play time and then he loves to zoom around.
Diesel is a major cuddle bug. Once his exercise needs have been met, his favorite activity is to snuggle up with his person. With his striking good looks and cheerful personality, Diesel makes human and canine friends wherever he goes. Meet Diesel and prepare to be charmed!
