Sybil's Story...
Hi, I'm Sybil! I'm one of 10 puppies at the shelter that are now old enough to find new homes! I am almost 9 weeks old, and me and my siblings are Boxer/ Shar Pei/ Cocker Spaniel mixes. Dad is a Cocker Spaniel and mom is a Boxer/Shar Pei mix. We were surrender with mom because our human couldn't take care of all of us plus mom and dad, and where we were living wasn't really safe for tiny puppies like us. We are sweet little babies that would fit with any family that is willing and able to train us to be good dogs as we get bigger!

**If you are not ready or unable to housebreak, leash train, socialize, and do basic training with a puppy, please rethink adopting so young. We have plenty of adult dogs looking for homes, too!**

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sybil, a Middletown Shar Pei/Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shar Pei/Cocker Spaniel for sale in Middletown, or seeking a Shar Pei/Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Middletown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middletown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middletown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shar Pei/Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Shar Pei/Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middletown paves the way for another one to be saved.
