Wolfgang's Story...
Name: Wolfgang
Color: Black and White Tuxedo
Breed: Domestic Long Hair
Gender: Male
Age: 4 Years
Wolfgang is a big, mellow hunk of love looking for a loving forever home.
Big fan of: He can be a bit on the chatty side and enjoys putting himself in your way to get attention and cheek rubs. Being so large, Wolfgang isn't much of a lap cat, since he doesn't really fit, but he enjoys lounging next to you to purr and nap the days away. He would love a tall, big cat tree in his home so he has somewhere appropriate to stretch and scratch on.
Dream Home: This easy going boy would do well in a home with other cats as well as dogs that know better than to chase after him. Respectful children that won't try to awkwardly carry him around or pull on his tail would also be fine with Wolfgang.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wolfgang, a Bellingham Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
