Ariel's Story...
Ariel is the sweetest, most snuggly kitten ever! But don’t let that fool you she likes to run and tumble with the big boys too. She has the loudest purr and likes to use it. Her foster mom can hear her coming and know when she wants snuggles because she turns her motor on first. She isn’t a loud cat, though, she has never meowed- that anyone has heard. She has 2 foster kids that tote her and love on her (hard) and she takes it all like a champ. This sweet girl needs someone to love on her and spoil her rotten. Can you be her FORever family?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ariel, a Knoxville Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
