Moses's Story...
Moses" 14-2582 / 2-1-0670
Moses is a special boy who is in need of rescue. He is available to approved 501c3 rescue group who can give him the medical attention he needs and place him in a good home. Moses is estimated to be between 11-13 years old and we believe him to be mostly blind. Here at the shelter he is happiest on his bed sleeping which is to be expected but welcomes soft pettings and gentle touches. We do not know his history but feel that he needs underlying medical attention and that there is a rescue group out there to help him. Please call the shelter to inquire about him. Pull fee $25.00

Act quickly to adopt Moses. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moses, a Louisburg Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow for sale in Louisburg, or seeking a Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Louisburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Louisburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Louisburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow breeders who help with Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Louisburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
