Hi my name is Rascal , i'm a six month old 4.5lb Scottish Terrier mix. I was rescued from a hoarding situation and I'm now in foster care. My foster mom thinks I am just the cutest little guy in the world. My foster mom doesn't think we were handled because I am still pretty scared but once she catches me and holds me for a few minutes I don't want to leave her side. I know once I I get socialize a little more and get used to being picked up and petted I would be the best dog ever. I'm great with dogs but like to bark at cats. If you have room in your heart for a scared little guy like me you can text or call my foster mom chastity at 443-248-4740 and she can tell you more about me.
