Teddy's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Teddy's Story...
What better way to cuddle those lonely nights away than with your own Teddy! I could be a professional cuddler if there was ever to be a thing! I can be a little shy when I first meet some people but I warm up pretty quick. I love other dogs and wouldn’t mind sharing my new home with one, and I get along with cats very well. I’d love a home with children so long as they are sturdy yet respectful; even a cozy Teddy can be fragile…wouldn’t wanna bust any seams or lose any stuffing! At just a year old I am still a bit of a cub with plenty of learning left to do, but I am partially housetrained already and my crate training is coming very well. Share your secrets with me, I’ll keep them safe. Share your love with me and you’ll feel it returned. Share your life with me and you will get a greater reward than you will ever know. 1 year old-63lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes microchip, neuter, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Teddy, a Portland Shar Pei/Bullmastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shar Pei/Bullmastiff for sale in Portland, or seeking a Shar Pei/Bullmastiff dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shar Pei/Bullmastiff breeders who help with Shar Pei/Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
