My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PIRATE is a special dog looking for a special home. He is a big boy, weighing in at 95 pounds. But his size is deceiving. He wants to be a lap dog and snuggle with his special human. He is an extremely loyal guy who loves to attach to his primary care giver. So much so, that he sometimes gets jealous if others want to spend time with that person. PIRATE is a Retriever/Terrier mix. About 6 years old. He is up to date on shots and neutered. He is blind in one eye, due to a birth defect, but that hasn't deterred his spunk and spirit for life. His ideal home would be with someone that can handle his size and probably a single individual with no other pets since he likes to bond with one person and be the object of their affection. But, once he finds that person, he would be by their side no matter what. He wants to love and be loved. And if you have room in your bed, he'll find a way to snuggle up next to you. PIRATE may not be a perfect dog on the outside, but he sure is on the inside.....with a heart of gold who just wants to give as much love as he can. Contact: Patti at psquare828@comcast.net
