My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Daisy. I'm 4 years old and I weigh about 40 lbs.
I was found as a stray running at large in the Columbiana area with my sister Delilah and we were brought in here to the pound. One of the girls who works here at the pound ended up tracking down our owner. She had remembered selling them our licenses. When she talked to them, they mentioned that they were trying to rehome us, so when we ended up here at the pound, the girls offered to help them with rehoming us so that we can get spayed and be brought up to date on our shots and deworming before we find new homes. Our owners thought that would be a good idea and ended up surrendering us to the pound. Now we are looking for a great new home. We are hoping to find a home together, but it is not a requirement as the pound does realize it is hard to find someone to take two new dogs into their home at the same time.
We are both super duper sweet little girls. We are very affectionate and we love getting attention (as you can see in our video).
We both get along well with other dogs. We especially love one another.
We were living in the garage with our old family because they said they weren't able to completely house train us. We are very good girls here at the pound as far as keeping our kennel clean and not going potty in the office as long as we are taken outside often enough, so if our new family keeps us on a good schedule, we shouldn't take much work at all.
If you're looking for a great dog (or two) to add to your family, please consider adopting on or both of us!!

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.

PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT%9D. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER JANUARY 6, 2015.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.

MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY SPAY SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.

THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
