Princess's Story...
Hello, I’m Princes and I’m looking for my forever home! I’m a petite little girl with a lot energy. I love chasing my mouse toys around house. When I’m all worn out, I will nuzzle my way into your lap for cuddle time. I love sitting next you while you are hard at work on your computer. I could watch you for hours! I just want to be your best friend, but I’m a little frightened of strangers. I’m looking for someone who can be patient with me and let me explore my new surroundings on my own terms. Once I feel safe, I’ll let my true personality shine and be your little love bug furrever! She is five years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess, a Anoka Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Anoka, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Anoka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anoka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anoka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anoka paves the way for another one to be saved.
