Felix is a two year old classic gray tabby kitty. He is kind and caring and loves cuddling up against you. He is very curious and loves to explore the area by climbing up and down, and resting on perches. His curious personality makes him an active cat that loves playing with his cat toys and playing with you. He will often rub up against you to get your attention and will constantly purr as he is beside or being petted by you. He is a very affectionate cat with a very loving personality that anyone would adore. Felix is a bonded pair with Zoey. The two are siblings who have grown up with each other for their entire lives. Felix must be adopted together with Zoey as they really live and play together as a team. If they are ever spooked you will often find the two cats scurrying to find each other for safety and you’ll be hard pressed finding the two kitties not cuddling with each other. Felix and Zoey are a little picky with their food but they are both trying to transition to wet food. With enough time and encouragement there is no doubt that they will both start to love their new food. Both these kitties are extremely well behaved and are an inseparable pair and will make great cats for a lucky home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Felix, a Vancouver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
