Harley's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Harley's Story...
This sweet girl is wondering where her mom is and needs a new companion. Harley is a 9 yr old purebred mini schnauzer whose owner went to a nursing home and she had no one to take her in. Harley gets along with everyone (not sure about cats though) and would be fine in just about any home. She is good with other dogs and kids, is house trained, crate trained, loves to ride in the car and go for walks. She even loves to play fetch. Harley is healthy for her age except for some arthritis. Harley weighs about 20 lbs but has some love handles she needs to lose (who doesn't?) She is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is reduced due to her age to $100. If you are interested in Harley, please submit an application which can be found on our website at www.baystatedogs.com or email us at baystatedogs@yahoo.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Grafton Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Grafton, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Grafton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grafton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grafton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grafton paves the way for another one to be saved.
