My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say, "Hi," to Annabelle! This is one of the sweetest dogs one will ever meet. She is also a great conversation piece with her unique coat. She certainly is a mixed breed gal, but it adds up to a fantastic dog. We believe there is some Bulldog and Lab in there because of her body shape, some Dalmatian because of her coat, some Pointer maybe (she does the front leg up point position nicely), and probably several other breeds.

Annabelle came to Circle of Hope after she was dumped in a West Tennessee shelter. We will never understand why she was dumped there since she is just so sweet. She was pulled to safety by one of our southern volunteers until she traveled a foster home in the northeast recently. She adores and is fantastic with children. She will play in the back yard with them, is good and gentle on the leash (my 9 year old can walk her without a problem), does just fine in a crate, has not had one accident in the house, and gets along great with other dogs. She was born in late June and is about 35 pounds now. She has some growing to do but we don't think she will be too big. You can't help but smile at Annabelle's left eyebrow, that black stripe that stands out against her white coat. It'll make you look twice every time!

Annabelle is just so fun to be with. She will fit in to just about any home and whoever gets this girl will be so happy. Let us know if that home is yours.

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet, loving, happy, and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates. It is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. We rely on a network of volunteers throughout the northeast and TN to care for our dogs while they await adoption. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***
