Rudy's Story...
What a gorgeous pup! I'm in SC right now, but I'm looking for a NY/Tri-state area foster or forever home. My name is Rudy, and I'm a 6 month old Lab/hound mix who weighs 37lbs.

I'm a wonderful boy who gets along fabulously with other dogs. I am a little shy only when first meeting new people, but once I get to know you, I LOVE receiving attention and kisses - which I'm more than happy to give you in return. I'm still a young puppy, so I need a home where someone will be home for most of the day to help me with my training. I'm going to make a great addition to one lucky home. I am neutered, microchipped, and updated on all vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rudy, a Sagaponack Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
