Miss Katie isn't just a beautiful, snuggly ball of love – she's smart! This precocious Australian Shepherd mix pup is already house trained and sits by the back door to ask to go outside at just 13 weeks old and 21 pounds. She comes when she's called and sits on her fluffy rump when you snap your fingers. She's even musical! Yodel or sing to Katie, and she'll “sing” right along! Raised in a home with another puppy, an older dog, a cat and two preteens, Katie is comfortable in any home situation. She loves playing outside, so a fenced yard would provide her great exercise and fun. Her favorite activities are chewing on her toys, chasing her tail, and lying upside down for belly rubs. She is going to be a large dog; 60 plus pounds and she needs someone who will be a very disciplined dog owner and trainer. She will try to control all the other dogs in her environment and of course if she can get her humans to do everything she wants that would be wonderful too! So…. No first time dog owners for Katie. Another strong minded dog in the family that can help keep her in line would be good for Katie. She is so smart and stubborn and darling. NO free passes for Katie or she will RULE YOUR WORLD!
