Coal's Story...
COAL is a sweet and relaxed older gentlemen. He currently weighs about 60lbs and is still a little underweight. We are fixing that though!. Coal came in about a week ago. He had been roaming a local neighborhood for a couple weeks after being abandoned. We guess his to be 5-6 years old. He is a Labrador Retriever. Coal does well with all people and doesn't seem to have any problems with other dogs. He needs the stability of a forever home.

This pets adoption fee is $80 which includes his/hers spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, routine vaccines, deworming, and flea/tick preventative. It must be prepaid to allow us to have the vetting completed. This normally takes 1 week or less so you wouldnt have to wait long to take your new family member home. Please consider adding him/her to your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coal, a Lawrenceburg Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Lawrenceburg, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Lawrenceburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lawrenceburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lawrenceburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lawrenceburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
