This adorable little Doxie mix is CHELSEA. She's a year old owner surrender t the pound. Her former owner claimed to have too many dogs and decided to give her up. CHELSEA is a sweetheart of a little girl. CHELSEA is housebroken, good with other dogs, kids, and loves attention. Her legs are longer than regulation Doxie legs but she's still way too short and small to be counter surfing!
