William's Story...
(FOR MORE INFO ON WILLIAM- PLEASE EMAIL SANDY AT vshutchins@gmail.com) This handsome boy is William. Him and another puppy were found abandoned on the side of the road in a cardboard box. William looks to possibly be a border collie mix. He has a super cute little nub tail and a beautiful wavy coat on his back and nub tail. He will be neutered on Jan 19th and then ready for his forever home that following weekend. We are estimating him to be about 8 to 10 weeks old. He is very playful and loves to be loved on. He will make a great companion for most any family situation. William is located in Arkansas but we have transport that comes to the Northeast every weekend. They are Got Orphans Transport and you can check them out at www.gotransporters.com Please email me, Sandy, at vshutchins@gmail.com for an application and more info. Thank you for considering one of my rescues!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

William, a Rochester Border Collie/Setter (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Setter (Unknown Type) for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Border Collie/Setter (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Setter (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Border Collie/Setter (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
