Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Sandy! My previous owners dropped me off at a shelter in Ohio and I ended up at a MW BREW beagle rescue foster home in Michigan. I like it here. There are two other dogs to play with, a cat and a nice yard to play in. I’m 3-4 years old and a little on the plump side. I’m a little beagle, but tip the scales at 30 pounds, which isn’t too bad, but with my small size, I should probably weigh less than 25 pounds.
Here are a few notes from my foster family:
Sandy is a good girl. She is very affectionate. She loves belly rubs and loves to give hugs! She loves walks and does well on leash. She’s not very vocal and only really barks when she sees another dog outside. She exhibits some resource guarding of her food and toys from other dogs, but nothing that is over the top. She would probably be fine as an only dog, as she will play with but does not seem to crave to be around other dogs all the time. Sandy is crate trained and keeps her crate clean at night and while her family is at work. We are working on her house training and she has a ways to go here before we would consider her house trained. All in all she is a sweet girl that will be a great friend for someone.
