*Courtesy Post for Private Owner* Sally is a beautiful 1 and a half year-old mix breed female with a cute white point on her tail. We are guessing at her breeds as she looks to be a cross between a dachshund and a golden retriever. The Dachshund must be keeping her size small (she is only 16lbs) but her legs are longer than any Dachshund. She was discovered running around the streets trying to meet a human who would take her home. Sally was waiting for over a year in an overcrowded rural dog shelter without much hope of having a second chance at a happy life before getting attention from local volunteers who helped find her a foster home. Sally was abandoned at around 6 months old and ended up spending most of her life confined to a cell. Despite her hard beginnings she is very friendly with people, very active and super intelligent dog. She is good with kids, and very cuddly. With other dogs she is not as friendly. She would best be suited for a home with no other dogs. She weighs about 16lbs, microchipped, up to date on most vaccines has been spayed, and given flea treatment. Adoption fee applies.
