Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This adorable little guy is only 5 months old and weighs 9 lbs. He was found as a stray and is very friendly and happy. He seems to be a Shih-Tzu/Jack Russell mix. His hair is soft and he is so nice to snuggle with. We call him a 'velcro' dog since he will always be where you are! If you ever need to find him, just look down! He'll be at your feet! He is crate-trained and working on house-training as well. He is doing very well with that. He LOVES other dogs..all kinds... and cats too!! The attached video is of him discovering a new cat toy. Gizmo would make a GREAT relay and/or agility dog!!! He is very cat-like and agile..and FAST. ..Not to mention.. very smart!! He does jump gates and anything in his way. He is fearless of any obstacles. All in all, Gizmo just needs a family to grow up with! He has soo much love to give. And he is soo loving, you just can't help but to fall in love with him! (p.s. he's a pup but doesn't chew anything up. He only plays with the toys you give him). Such a good boy!! Because Gizmo is sooo very friendly and enjoys other dogs soo much, we prefer he be homed with another dog to play with. Also, due to his speed and enjoyment for running.. we also require a fenced yard. *All Dogs Unlimited Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all shots, and given monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Upon adoption all vet records and any current medications are provided to the adopter. If you are interested in adopting, please complete and application located at: http://www.dogsunlimitedrescue.org/applications.htm The completion of the application does not in any way, obligate you to adopt. It is the first step in meeting a dog you are interested in. Once the application is approved, the second step will be a home visit/meet and greet with your pet. Our goal is to find the right match of our dogs to their new family so all involved are 'furever' happy! Questions email: diane@dogsunlimitedrescue.org or gina@dogsunlimitedrescue.org And THANK YOU for considering a rescue dog for your family!
