My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Will was left abandoned, tied to a tree on a 4 foot chain with a metal choke collar. He was surrounded by feces and urine with no shelter, food, or water. The Property Manager was his saving grace and kind enough to provide him with food, water, and shelter and to reach out to get him rescued. Will was covered in fleas and the top of his ears were bloody and raw from flea, fly, AND mosquito bites and badly infected. He was in constant pain, agony, and itching like crazy from all the insect bites he endured 24/7. Will was also heart worm positive and is now undergoing a very painful treatment but is doing very well. Will is only around a year and a half old, is extremely intelligent and sweet. He is only good around smaller dogs, and should not be around small children because he is strong as an ox and may knock them over! Will is starving for attention and affection and we are desperate to get him into a loving foster home where he can, for the first time, see what it's like to live like a dog SHOULD, with lots of attention and love! Will is extremely smart and willing to please. He already has learned 'sit', 'lay', 'roll over'' and 'paw' - and he does them all on command and without having to be bribed with treats!!!
