Hi!
My name is Diamond.
I am a 3 years old spayed female.
I am a Harlequin with a docked tail.
Due to heavy schedule, my former owner surrendered me and I’m thankful for the opportunity for me to adopt my future owner.
I prefer to be an only dog.
I am AWESOME with kids of all ages. If I get too excited and accidentally knock them down, I give lots of apologetic kisses. I am in heaven playing with them!
I am crate-trained and I’m used to the ex-pen, too.
I know some commands and other commands that is in work-in-progress. I know “Shake” and “Drop it”. Right now, I’m learning to sit, stay, down/lay down. I do need help with the basic training. I’ll bet that I will find going to a doggy class will be neat and I’ll want to please you by being the best, well-behave dog ever!
I do pretty good walking, using the Gentle Leader.
Since I have a docked tail, it is rather hard to have my tail show you how happy I am. So, I emphasize it by wiggling my derriere. I just may wiggle it when I meet you!
I am a people lover! I will stick to you like glue! I can be a little overbearing because, once I’m on a mission to run to you and say hello to you, look out!
I love giving you hugs and kisses! I love receiving attention from you, too. I have never viewed anyone as a stranger.
I have not counter-surfed nor taken any food from the counter. However, just to see what’s on the counter, I will “nose” around.
When you decide to adopt me, may I ask that you buy me one item? I need a heavy, wide based bowl. You see, I have a tendency to push my food out of the bowls. I think I have a good reason why —- my foster momma’s bowls are rather flimsy and I sure don’t want to hurt her feelings! She’s a lovable lady, just like me!
