Lester's Story...
Meet Lester! This lucky boy has been given a second chance. Lester was found down in a ravine and could not get out! Lucky for him he was spotted and the animal control office got him out of this tough spot and brought him to ARF. Lester needs a home with no young children or cats. Lester is currently hanging out in our prison foster program.

If you would like to meet Lester and give him the home he deserves please contact his consultant Rose at (440) 823-4614 or rwieland1011@gmail.com

** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lester, a Berea Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Berea, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
