Raven is a gorgeous 10 Month German Shepherd Mix that was abandoned and roaming on the harsh streets of Houston for 4 months and was rescued a day before the chilling rain came into Houston last week. Raven is around 45 lbs, very underweight but with a clean bill of health from the vet including being HW-ve. She is UTD on shots. She will grown into an amazing looking lady as she puts on weight and matures. The comments from her current temporary foster speaks volumes about her personality: Raven is extremely smart. She has known her name for less than 24 hours and will already come when I call her! She is very sweet and loving! She gets attached very easily. She should have been called shadow because she follows me everywhere! She hasn't had an accident in the house and will let me know when she needs to go. If she does something or gets into something she isn't suppose to, she will be told no and then she won't do it again! She is very curious about everything. If I'm cooking she is either laying on the kitchen floor with me(as u can see in the picture) or she's up on the counter trying to figure out what I'm doing (which is something I am trying to break her of, but again she is a very curious dog). I've pulled her tail pulled her ears played with her mouth and feet and I've out blankets on her and she has not reacted at all. She is just happy to be loved on! She will make for an amazing family member! Interested?
