Tia Maria's Story...
This pretty girl looks like a malti -poo, she is approx 18 months and 13 lbs, she is an active little dog and loves to run and play. We removed and biopsied, a mammory gland mass which was a hyperplasia and was benign. We do have the full biopsy report that will go with her once adopted. She is just a doll and loves to curl up in the doggie end with her buddies, she loves to bounce around and has the sweetest disposition. She seems to be fairly well house trained and does well on a leash, she is quick and can run through a door in the blink of an eye so would prefer a house hold that does not have young children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tia Maria, a Woonsocket Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Woonsocket, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Woonsocket.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woonsocket already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woonsocket breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woonsocket paves the way for another one to be saved.
