Meet Thea! Thea is a fun border collie mix that is about 2 years old. She weighs in at about 40lbs, making her that perfect sized adventure companion! The perfect home for Thea would be with an active individual or couple who enjoy having a dog along on their various outings.
Being a border collie mix, Thea has bountiful amounts of energy! She is a happy, exuberant girl and cannot wait to explore the outdoors with you! She needs some work on her manners, especially not jumping when excited. She gets along well with other dogs, doesn’t mind the cat in the foster home, and is reported to be okay with farm animals as well. She is a border collie with herding tendencies, and she will do her best to round everyone up! Because of her enthusiasm, and her penchant for herding, it is not recommended that she go to a home with young children. If you are looking for that new hiking or running companion, come meet Thea! She is sure to win your heart.
