1/18/15 - Hi! My name is Emma. It is so wonderful to meet you. Let me tell you a little about myself. My previous mom and dad got divorced. And, in separating everything, they realized that neither could take me with them. Wow, what a blow for a sweet little thing such as myself. I’ve learned that four leggers don’t really have a voice in any situation. So, it is what it is and mom made sure that I went to a good rescue that would find me the best home ever. I’ve always been the only dog, so aren’t really into playing with other pups in the home and don’t play with toys either. Pretty much just into my people and love getting the love and attention from them. Can’t say that I necessary have to be an only dog, just do not want to be in a house with one that want to try to make me play and need my companionship. I’m pretty much just a co-exister. I love sleeping in bed with my foster parents at night and I’m not picky on being more attached to mom or dad, just really love people who love me.

I’m a really sensitive, delicate little flower. No crazy business here. Pretty much just a lady at all times. Not a party goer, more so one that would have tea in the courtyard on a breezy summer day. I do well with the bathroom habits, but need to be brought outside often and be told what a good girl I am. I still make mistakes, but no one is perfect. I do well on a leash and harness. I simply adore to be near my people and if you are sitting, expect me to be in your lap. And, in case you have to stand, I also like to be held. Not a fan of children, because I need a home without too much activity. I like calm. I really love laying on the sofa with my foster parents watching tv with a bowl of popcorn. Ok, I don’t really get popcorn, but I was setting the scene for you.

I’m a good eater, but have a sensitive little tummy, so will need parents that are good to just stick to what I eat and don’t try new things. Not a chow hound. I eat delicate just as I am.

I think this about sums me up. So, it seems that I have to make just one more move to my next permanent home. Since I thought my last one was permanent, I’m going to need you to be sure of your marriage and be stable before you think about adding me. I can’t take anymore changes.
