Brandy's Story...
Brandy is a real sweetheart ! A female,1 year old. We are not sure what mix she is but she is black with brindle markings, has a small underbite and won't get very big. She is medium size about 45 pounds now. She loves to play and still a puppy but also loves to cuddle. She will sit in your lap and nuzzle up against you. She gives gentle kisses. She gets along with all other dogs, small or large. She currently is not living with kids but did great with kids at the Petsmart adoption event. Not sure about cats. She will bark to alert you of someone or something strange. Uses the doggy door, also crate trained. She does get carsick so is not much of a traveler :( Very smart girl and learns quickly.
Adoption fee is $130, includes spay, worming, vaccinations, flea and heartworm preventative and microchip. Call or text foster care at 918-403-9252.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandy, a Okmulgee Catahoula Leopard Dog/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Pug for sale in Okmulgee, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Pug dog from a breeder in Okmulgee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Okmulgee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Okmulgee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog/Pug breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Okmulgee paves the way for another one to be saved.
