Hi Everyone! My adoption fee has been reduced to $100! My awesome caretakers at the shelter say I have been here way too long. They are hoping this will help me find my furever family. Please fill out an application to adopt me today!
Furkids came across Cookie Crisp in a high kill animal shelter just as his time was running out. We were happy to take this handsome 15-lb. boy and promised to find him a loving forever home. Cookie Crisp is adjusting well in a foster home. His foster mom reports that he has very good house manners and is, for the most part, a quiet boy. Cookie Crisp is a playful dog and loves his plush toys. Cookie Crisp also enjoys his treats. He will sit and catch a soft treat in the air when tossed to him. Cookie Crisp remains fearful of men and will adjust more easily to a home with adult women only. Cookie Crisp is a very loving dog; however, due to circumstances in his past, Cookie Crisp has learned to try to control his environment inappropriately. For this reason, Cookie Crisp will only be placed in an adult home with experienced handlers willing to work through these behaviors to help Cookie Crisp learn more appropriate behaviors. Furkids is committed to Cookie Crisp's training and we will provide help and guidance long term to anyone interested in adopting him. If you have the experience and commitment to help Cookie Crisp through his training, you will be rewarded with his endless respect, love and devotion.
Cookie Crisp's estimated birthdate is 1/14/2012. If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Cookie Crisp, please submit an online Adoption Application at https://furkids.org/dog-adoptions/application. Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
