My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Taylor is a happy 7 year old. He once had a life of camping and going out on the boat but that all ended a few years ago. He loves people and was so friendly that he started jumping up on them when they visited his home; the owner solved this by tying him up outside on the porch. It's doubtful he moved too much over the next couple years as he was obese and could barely lift himself up to stand. Within days of being with us, his creaky rusted joints eased up, and he started moving so much better. In fact we had to slow him down in fear he'd hurt himself. He lost all the extra pounds and is a going concern, loving nothing more than running around with other dogs. Well, maybe he loves running to get a cookie more, but we don't hand those out too freely.

We do not have a shelter so you'll have to make an appointment to meet him after we’ve reviewed your application.

Note: We do not adopt to residents living outside of a two hour driving distance of the Lower Mainland or Southern Vancouver Island. Applications from outside of Canada are not considered.
